Kettle may provide additional or supplemental privacy notices for specific products, features, or services at the time personal information is collected.

We may also receive personal information from third parties, including public sources such as public blockchains and government records, service providers and business partners that support our operations, regulated liquidity or banking partners where necessary to provide the Services, third-party wallets or platforms you connect to the Services, and parties involved in corporate transactions.
We and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Services, including device and technical data, usage and activity data, and communication interaction data.
2. Tracking Technologies and Automatic Collection
We use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services, understand usage, and support security and analytics. These technologies may be placed by us or by third-party service providers.
You can control certain tracking technologies through your browser or device settings, though disabling them may affect functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We use personal information to:
I. Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including enabling wallet functionality, transaction signing, API access, and related features.
II. Support security, fraud prevention, and risk management, including transaction monitoring and system integrity.
III. Facilitate compliance with the legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements of regulated liquidity providers, banking partners, and payment processors, including the collection, verification, and transmission of KYC, KYB, AML, and sanctions-screening information as required for on-ramp, off-ramp, settlement, or related services.

VIII. Create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for lawful business purposes.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Certain information, including KYC, KYB, AML, and sanctions-related records, may be subject to mandatory retention periods imposed by applicable law or by regulated third-party partners.
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, on-chain data may persist indefinitely and cannot be deleted or modified by Kettle.
5. How We Share Personal Information
We may share personal information with:
I. Service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, security, analytics, customer support, and compliance services.
II. Regulated liquidity providers, banking partners, and payment processors solely for the purpose of satisfying applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, settlement, and related services. Such third parties process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and compliance obligations. Kettle does not control or make independent compliance determinations on behalf of these parties.
III. Third parties designated by you or with your consent.
IV. Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, and audit firms.
V. Government authorities or regulators where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
VI. Successors or counterparties in connection with corporate transactions.

6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Certain rights requests may be limited or denied where compliance with legal or regulatory obligations is required, including obligations related to KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions compliance, or recordkeeping by Kettle or by regulated third-party partners.
